The Registration desk will be located on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel. The working hours of the Registration desk:

All registered participants will receive congress material at the Registration desk.
A name badge is required for admittance to all official Congress sessions and events according to the type of registration. Name badge must be collected by the registered person during the Registration desk opening hours. Lost badges will be replaced at a fee of 5 €.
Coffee & Lunch Breaks
All coffee breaks and lunches are included in the congress fee. Coffee stations will be provided in the foyer in front of the lecture halls / an exhibition area and will be served according to the official 14th ICBEN programme. Light lunch will be served according to the official 14th ICBEN programme at lunch stations in front of the lecture halls.

Visa regulations depend on your country of origin. We suggest you contact local Serbian Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of a participant to obtain a visa, if required. Please check the all of the travel requirements if you need visa and if you need a passport or you may enter Serbia with an ID.
For all information, please contact the city service TAXIINFO, located in the baggage claim area at Nikola Tesla Airport. At the airport Info Desk you will get the taxi receipt specifying the desired destination and the price for taxi service. In that way you will make sure the taxi service is in line with the most favourable rate. Payment options: Serbian Dinars, Credit Cards and Euros.
City transportation / Taxi
Belgrade public transport system operates until midnight. Tickets can be purchased at newsstands or in the buses. Bus lines 16, 74, 88, 95, as well as tram lines 7, 7L, 9, 11, and 13 connect the Crowne Plaza Hotel with the City. Taxis are usually available outside the Hotel. Approximate price from venue to City centre is 4,00 €-7,00 € per car.
There is hotel parking available in front of the hotel (85 places). The price is 1,5 € per hour or 20 € for the whole day. Before you leave, you need to void your ticket and pay at the front office desk. There is also a free public parking opposite of the hotel parking.

The time zone in Serbia is Central European Time (CET) (UTC plus 1 hour).
The Serbian currency is the Serbian Dinar (RSD). Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted in most shops, and ATMs are widely available.
The electricity voltage in Belgrade is 220 V. Electrical outlets are standard European.
Notice of filming and photography
Photographs and/or video will be taken at the event. By taking part in this event, all the delegates grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.
Guest attendance policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit area, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
The organisers are not liable for any claims for damages and/or losses if the entire Congress has to be cancelled due to a Vis Major incident.
The organisers are not liable for personal injury or damages and/or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the Congress delegates or by any other individuals accompanying them, both during the official activities as well as going to/from the Congress. Delegates are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
