The fee must be paid in full prior to the Congress. In order for a paper to be published, presenting author must pay the full registration fee.

- Admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 18, 2023
- Coffee-breaks from Monday to Thursday

- Social dinner and night-cruise
To be able to register as a student or PhD student you must upload a document confirming your student status (student card, letter of enrolment in a graduate school, etc.) on the registration form. Please have this ready before starting your registration.
The daily fee can only be charged on-site. If you are planning this type of registration, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that paper presenters must pay the full registration fee (a daily fee is not an option).
The registration fee must be paid in advance. The option to pay by bank transfer/invoice is only possible up to 10 days before the Congress starts, later payments have to be done via credit card. If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until full payment/certificate has been received.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ICBEN Secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until March 25, 2023, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 40 € and bank charges. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after March 25, 2023 nor for no-shows for any reasons.
